Mubasher: Alafco Aviation Lease and Finance Company announced that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved a cash dividend distribution of 8 fils per share, totalling KWD 7.62 million, for the fiscal year ended 30 September.  

The dividends will be distributed on 29 January 2020 for shareholders registered on 23 January 2020, the company said in a statement to Boursa Kuwait on Tuesday.

The OGM also approved the payment of KWD 217,000 as remuneration for board members for the fiscal period ended 30 September 2019.

It is noteworthy that during the twelve-month period ended 30 September, Alafco reported a net profit of KWD 17.7 million, compared to KWD 33.18 million a year earlier.
